Job Description:

• Perform structural analysis and calculations for our systems (strength, fatigue, buckling, etc) in accordance with recognized offshore rules and regulations by applying finite element software and hand-calculations
• Develop analysis reports and documentation for approval by Clients and Class Societies
• Collaborate in design discussions and design development
• Perform internal check of design documentation developed by coworkers
• Collaborate with other disciplines (design, marine, mechanical, piping)
• Follow-up of and communication with Class Societies and Clients
• The position offers versatile and varied engineering tasks. The employees will cooperate closely with other departments and disciplines and will on occasion get the opportunity to do some fabrication follow-up of suppliers.
